 Saturday in eastern Washington, Ryan Abrigo jumped his ratted out Suzuki 125 2-stroke a distance of 357 feet beating Ryan Cape's record of 310 feet set last fall! In what started out as a bragging rights argument between Ryan Abrigo and Ryan Cape's over who was the best rider from Washington, the two of them decided to put their money where their mouths are. They started out by putting in two 45 minute  minute motos followed by a jump off. In what was reminiscent of the Hannah - Howerton days, the sparks were flying. You could almost see the paint chips coming off the bikes as the two battled it out on the track, slamming each other in the turns.  After 90 minutes they traded moto wins with Abrigo winning the first moto, and Capes came out on top in the second moto. Next was the big air jump off. They each had one chance to go for it. When Capes saw the gap Ryan wanted to jump he said "you've got to be crazy!" Ryan Abrigo went first and in one attempt flew his beat up RM a distance of 357 feet and pulled a dead man's stunt to boot! After Capes saw that he said "you're the man" and didn't even try to match the jump.
